At House of Mehar, every piece is created with intention, care, and a deep respect for craftsmanship. We want you to feel completely at ease when you shop with us. If something doesn’t feel like “you,” we’re here to help.

 

Shipping Timeline

Each order is gently processed, packed and prepared with love.
 Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be dispatched.

 

Return Policy (Within 3 Days)

If an item doesn’t resonate with you, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • unaltered and free from stains or perfume
  • in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued as:

  • Store Credit, or
  • Refund to your original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable)

Note: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

 

Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days)

If you’d like a different size or style, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed only after the original item passes the quality check.
 Since our pieces are crafted in small batches, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size/style is unavailable, you may choose:

  • an alternative item,

  • or store credit.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories or intimate-wear items

  • Items purchased on Sale / Discount / Offer

  • Items damaged or altered after delivery

  • Final sale pieces

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We will happily replace the product or initiate a full refund (including shipping).

 

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process returns or exchanges once the item reaches our studio.
 You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.
