Welcome to House of Mehar. By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using houseofmehar.com (the “Site”) and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Because House of Mehar follows a slow-fashion, small-batch production model, there may be limited stock, and items may sell out quickly.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example: stock unavailability, error in product description or pricing, payment issues, or suspected fraud).

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be notified and the amount will be refunded (or credited) promptly.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the Site are in local currency and include applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • We accept payment methods as displayed on the checkout page. By submitting your payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

  • In case of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders or request additional payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery times are approximate and depend on courier services, your location, and other external factors. House of Mehar cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled as per our Return Policy. Clothing items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to being in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags/labels intact.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details + photos for support.

6. Use of Site & Prohibited Conduct

When you use our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.

  • Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality (e.g. hacking, phishing, DDoS, data mining).

  • Violate intellectual property rights of House of Mehar or third parties (e.g. copying, distributing, or reselling images, designs, content without permission).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site — including designs, images, text, logos, graphics — is the exclusive property of House of Mehar or its licensors.

  • You may view, download, and temporarily store one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

  • You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • House of Mehar strives for accuracy in product descriptions, colours, and images. However, we cannot guarantee exact representation of fabrics, colours, size, or display on your device.

  • In no event will House of Mehar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, products, or inability to use the Site.

  • To the extent permitted by law: our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item(s).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where House of Mehar is registered.

  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

  • House of Mehar may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site, and by continuing to use the Site you accept the revised terms.

  • It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
