Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing House of Mehar. We want you to feel beautiful, confident, and connected with each piece you bring into your life. If your purchase doesn’t feel like “you,” we are here to help — with clarity, care, and compassion.

Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any full-priced item within 3 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all tags, labels, packaging, and original packaging materials intact.

  • Please try on garments gently. We can’t accept returns if a piece shows signs of wear, make-up marks, perfume scent, or any damage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets our guidelines, we’ll offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit, if preferred

Please note: Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Accessories, intimate wear, or undergarments

  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Sample,” or “Clearance”

  • Garments damaged or worn post-delivery

If a returned item fails our quality check, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.

Exchange & Size Change

Because House of Mehar curates each collection in small, thoughtful batches, we currently do not offer direct exchanges, including size or style swaps.

If you’d like a different size or item, you may:

  • Return the original item under our Returns Policy, and then

  • Place a new order for the desired size or style, subject to availability

Return Shipping & Process

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage. House of Mehar cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return reaches our studio and passes inspection, we will process the refund or credit within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

If your claim is valid, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, subject to stock availability, or

  • Issue a full refund, including any return shipping if we ask you to return the item
